Heartspace: Journey into the Magical World of Cacao

In this 5-week course you will learn:

• The origins, properties, and uses of Cacao

• The physical, mental/emotional and spiritual benefits of consuming Cacao

• Preparation, dosage and contraindications

• How to source 100% pure Ceremonial grade Cacao

• How Cacao is grown and made

• Cacao tree varieties, as well a the differences between paste, powder, beans and nibs

• Helpful tips, tools and recipes to support you on your Cacao journey

• How to bring cultural awareness to your practice and in your sharing of Cacao

• Guided inner work and self inquiry to support your deepening connection with the Earth during our time together and beyond

• How to make good prayers, blessings, and offerings in your work with Cacao

• How to cultivate or strengthen your personal practice with Cacao

• Symbiotic modalities, practices and animal Spirit journeys to enhance your connection with Cacao as heart medicine

• An exploration of how you might serve Cacao to clients and in larger groups

As part of this course you will receive:

• Weekly emails to accompany your journey, including a preparatory email to ensure that you are set up well with your Cacao before our first class. You have email access to me for the 5 weeks as well, where I can answer questions and assist you in whatever way you may need.

• A 1-pound brick of Keiths 100% pure ceremonial grace Cacao - the best on the market! This is the Cacao you will use for our live classes and for the pre-recorded ceremonies. The brick alone is a $50 value, plus the cost of shipping, which is all covered in your registration/purchase!

• 5 live zoom classes which will be part lecture, part Cacao ceremony, part group integration/sharing. I ask that you carve out 2 hours of time for these zoom calls, although classes will vary from 1.5 - 2 hours in length depending on participation. The dates for these will be the following Sundays from 10-12 Pacific Time: 4/2, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30 and 5/7.

• 4 additional (bonus!) prerecorded animal-themed Cacao ceremonies to keep you engaged in ritual and learning between our live calls

• Class recordings accessible for 6 months.
